We are the ecommerce operator. srikrishnamart.com is multi vendor market place for pickles, spices and traditional snacks, intended to provide authentic home-grown spices and mouth-watering products. we don’t source are make any products. Sellers/Vendors can list their products on srikrishnamart.com and sell their products through our ecommerce website. Its sellers responsibility to obtain required licenses(Example FSSAI Food license and GST etc.) to sell their products on ecommerce website.
We pick the best partners from each city to deliver authentic home taste products. Sellers stock the products and directly ship them from their business units.
All the products are directly shipped by the seller we don’t stock any products.
We’ve partnered with Razorpay. All the Payments made one our website are processed through Razorpay which is secure and trusted payment gateway.
Do not accept the shipment if the outer packaging is tampered/damaged/torn/pressed/disturbed. Mention the same on the POD(Proof Of Delivery) while refusing the shipment.
if wrong product is delivered or damaged product is found in the package, make a video and Just call us or send us an email your order number, name of product and the defect noticed by you. We will take care of your damaged product.

All our sellers make sure that package doesn’t break during the transit in flights or baggage handling system. Sellers take utmost care while undertaking to package the products so that your food items are delivered to you in the best condition.
Depending on the customer’s location, the delivery time may vary. It can range from same day delivery to a maximum of 5 working days. However, at times, it may even take longer depending on the conditions

There are no hidden charges whatsoever for selling on srikrishnamart.com.
You will not pay anything:
- for registering as a seller
- for uploading and managing your product listings, without any limit on the number of products
- for using our backend system and dashboard
You will only pay a small convenience fee for every order that you receive into our system.
Register as vendor on our srikrishnamart.com by providing your business details and contact us.
When an order is received for your products listed on srikrishnamart.com, you will be notified via an SMS and an email will be sent to you that will contain a detailed breakup of your order, including items, quantity, price and shipping information/instructions. Once you are ready to ship the items in the order, you can pack them as per the provided instructions and click on the ‘SHIP NOW’ link in the email. This will automatically create the invoice, shipping labels that you will receive as an email . You can simply print these and attach them to your packet; the courier company will pick up the package(s) from your place of business and the customer is automatically notified that his/her order is on its way.
It is the seller’s responsibility to obtain the required licenses to sell their products on any e-commerce website.
we do not believe in forcing our sellers to set specific prices or offer discounts; each seller is free to set his/her own price or offer discount according to his/her convenience and affordability. We do expect that sellers will not offer their products on our marketplace at a price that is higher than what they would normally offer at their physical store or place of business.
Discounts are available to sellers to individually activate or deactivate at any time. Invoices will clearly indicate the discounts applied so there is no confusion whatsoever.
After all, the reason a seller lists products is to increase his business, not to increase the market capitalization of the online marketplace!
